Located on the Frio River at the Kenneth Arthur Crossing, these cabins are perfect for an easy weekend getaway. You will see the Frio River from your front porch where you can grill or gather around for a game of cards and still see the Texas sky from between the majestic cypress trees.

All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.

For your convenience, bed linens will be provided, and your beds will be made upon your arrival. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river and/or pool towels. In addition, the home will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwashing pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. We advise you bring additional for your stay.

Needed a little love for the price you pay

Loved the access, quickness of check in, friendly staff, the cabin was a little dingy and had dirt everywhere on the floors, just needed an extra clean before we came but other than that it was fine. very close to one another as a group of 8, no one bothered us, didn’t state that there were kitchen supplies so we brought our own however when we got there we were surprised to find some, along with multiple soaps. Wish the place had cleaning products especially for spills but they only give you a mop. other than the few complaints it was a nice stay. everyone accommodated according to what we were given. there was definitely space to park more than 2 vehicles but we ended up paying $20 for parking that we had to walk to close to the front. they were nice about our slight late check out which was awesome.

Hi Jordan! Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that you did not see know what amenities were provided during your stay as well as parking policies. This information is listed in the emails we send to you when you book, 48 hours prior to arrival, as well as being written in the description of the home. Frio Country is proud to offer a starter pack of essentials and basic cookware in all of our units. We strive to provide clean and comfortable cabins and apologize this was not up to standards. We hope you join us again when visiting the Frio!
