Unit contains two private decks, one with gas grill to accomodate outdoor dining and the other a walk out to a large pool. Enjoy being on the beach, yet just a few steps into the complex for more relaxation and privacy. Unit has a 4 car garage plus outdoor assigned parking space and visitor parking. Gated community for extra privacy. Nestled between the Sound and the Gulf with the most spectacular views and sunsets. Also you are just a few blocks away from all that Pensicola Beach offers in night life, fabulous dining, boating, water sports and so much more! Convenience also includes ability to get deliveries from Amazon and instacart!

Nice townhome!

We came in for the Blue Angels with our family and had a great time. This is a very comfortable townhome that will accommodate a large family well. The home is well equipped and has all the beach supplies you will need and only a short walk to the beautiful beach. It was very spacious and clean and the location was good. The owner is very responsive and nice. We would stay here again.
