This condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed the full kitchen and dining room. The beach decor throughout the condo is a great touch. It was so convenient being on the ground floor. I would love to stay here again.

The room was very secure. It was very clean and neat. They had almost everything you needed to cooking with. Beds were comfortable but needed better pillows, the ones there were soft and flat. Overall the place was great, would stay again!

Me and my sisters thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo came stocked with all the beach toys and chairs. Perfect for enjoying the beach which was steps away from the condo. Michelle, the manager had the place stocked with everything we needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

This is an awesome condo to rent. It is well stocked with everything you need. And the location! Perfect! Walk out the back and you have a pool and the beach right there. Couldn’t ask for more. The only complaint my wife had was that everything was so well stocked that she felt she was staying at a friend’s house rather than a VRBO. Well, that’s not a bad problem, in my opinion! Owner is great with communicating and she had thought of everything before you need to even ask. You can tell there’s a great balance of expertise and genuine care from her.

Pensacola Condo

The Condo was very clean the owner very nice and helpful. Our stay was for the graduation of my granddaughter from Abeka Academy so we had family members all along the beach in different areas. The Condo had everything we needed and more! If I was to say anything negative it would be that she has supplied too much. We've always taken everything that was needed except the dishes and pans. Everything she has is nice just too much. She has too many pans games books etc we did need a couple more towels and wash cloths we didn't have 10 but I kept the washer running so no one had to do without. Overall wonderful owner and accommodations.

After many attempts to stay on Pensacola Beach we were finally able to use our credit and book our place. We stumbled across this condo and it was a pleasant surprise. It was very easy to access our room and the layout of the condo was great. After arriving we realized there were a few things we could’ve grabbed from the store but forgot. Luckily, the condo came stocked with so much. From ice chests to beach toys it had it all. We were able to cook breakfast every day in to condo rather than having to find a place to eat. Our entire stay was great and the owner was very helpful. We hope to one day return and stay again.

Way more than enough stuff. Plenty of extras provided which is nice... but we had to wait 45 minutes after our check in time because it wasn't ready. Then come back from the beach and had inspectors in our condo. Was never notified of this and was not happy having strangers with our belongings. Second to last day the wifi quit working. Will I rent from them again... No for how much we paid, not worth it. It's also a lot smaller than it appears.

To much clutter in the condo

Much smaller than it appeared in the listing and was so full of personal items and decor there was no where for a guest to stay. Food left in the fridge, dirty floors and moldy bathrooms. I will not stay here again.

We had a great time staying here! The condo was very clean and tastefully furnished. The owners thought of everything when they stocked the unit. All we had to buy were groceries. There were tons of fresh towels and even beach toys in the closet on the patio. We will definitely rent the unit again if our travels ever bring us back to Pensacola Beach!

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was fully stocked with all the paper products and other basics. All we had to buy were groceries. Even some of those staples were supplied. The owners even left treats for the kids.

A home away from home

The condo was very beautiful and well stocked! You don't need to buy beach supplies at all. They have sandcastle toys, chairs and a beach umbrella. A very short walk to the beach and pool. Perfect location to the boardwalk and restaurants. Our family had a great time, and we look forward to going back next year!
