The house is 3 floors and contains a king bedroom on each level and bunkbed rooms on the 1st and 2nd levels. 2 queen sleeper sofas complete the max capacity of 19 people! Steps away from the white sands of the gulf and no busy roads to cross with your loved ones. About a 2 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico waters! House comes fully furnished and kitchen stocked with all the kitchen wares you would expect for a vacation rental. Bath linens are provided as well as bed linens. Beach linens are not provided. Come stay in this brand new recently upgraded beach home on beautiful Pensacola Beach!

Great house for beach vacation

The house was wonderful. It was clean and had everything we needed. There were 9 of us and we all had plenty of room.

Beautiful newly remodeled home

This place was perfect for our vacation .. we had 9 people staying and never felt cramped .. the kids enjoyed the pool .. there was plenty of dishes and stuff for cooking and grilling .. it’s close enough to everything in the main part of Pensacola beach .. beach access is a really short walk .. neighborhood was good ..Dan was amazing and answered all our questions pretty quickly .. we would stay here again
