Gorgeous single level bungalow in the perfect location. Have a morning coffee on the covered front porch, hang w/friends on the patio, or work at the designated work station. This stylish, comfortable and spacious house is perfect for leisure and business travelers alike!
Just mins to downtown Durham, Duke, UNC, RDU, shopping, restaurants & all the Triangle has to offer! A pet-friendly house which puts you close to it all, yet far enough to enjoy peaceful evenings as well? You got it!

THE SPACE:
You'll feel right at home as soon as you walk into this home. Soaring ceilings, stylish decor, open floor plan, fireplace, updated kitchen with large island. Plus W/D in unit, upgraded tile baths, walk-in closet and tons of natural light!

This private and peacefulness house is the perfect place to hang your hat during your travels. :) Though you'll feel the serenity of the space once you walk in the door, don't be fooled, the location is very central to everything in the Durham and RTP area. There are restaurants , shops and markets just minutes away, from awesome local favorites to convenient big-box stores.

Hopping on the highway or major commuting routes is a breeze as well if you need to access other parts of the Triangle area like Raleigh, Chapel Hill, or RDU airport!

Each room offers a comfortable beds, with memory foam mattresses. The couch pulls out to a smaller bed which can accommodate a couple, or 2 children.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guest will have access to the entire unit, privately. As well as, the front and back outdoor areas.


PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY:
*Pets are accepted on a case by case basis. Dogs only and they must be housebroken.*

Adorable little bungalow! Lucia was very helpful and communicative during check-in. The home is cute, and has comfortable beds and bedding. Well-appointed for our quick overnight stay. Would book again!

Great stay!

The home was clean and had many of you basic essentials. Close to shopping. If you have more than one large vehicle it maybe difficult park in the drive way. Otherwise, everything else was great.

This property was perfect for us. It was so comfy, clean and centrally located. We visited 3 colleges UNC, DUKE and NC STATE. Easy to get to all 3. The host is super responsive to questions. Highly recommend! Wish we had more time there.

Short Stay

The property has all of the items you would need for a short stay. The kitchen was well stocked with basic items including zip lock bags. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. We had some issues with the internet being intermittent the first day we were there but we had a bad storm that came through that day and plugging in and out of the internet device seemed to fix this within 24 hours. The parking space is a little tight for 2 cars but was able to fit a larger SUV and a smaller SUV. The neighborhood is super quiet and close to the grocery store. The host is extremely responsive with answering questions! We had a nice stay!!
