NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 at the front door facing the exterior front entry, 1 above the garage facing the driveway, and 1 facing the backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion.
NOTE: The wood burning stove is not available for guest use.
NOTE: Although we are pet friendly, we do not allow cats.
NOTE: Grill: New Kenmore 4 burner propane grill provided on the updated patio. Tools, anti-stick and cleaning spray are provided. Please ensure safe use and turn propane tank off and once cool the grill is covered after each use.
NOTE: Fire pit: Please ensure you practice safety at all times and keep children at a safe distance from the fire. Only firewood is to be used. No explosives, cans, plastics, etc. S'more pokers are provided.
