Welcome to “La Casita de JayJay”, a desired house for its location and because all it has to offer for the whole family. Location: five minutes from the main highway. Ten minutes from the beach. Seven minutes from shopping center, supermarkets and restaurants.

For the family: A designated area for kids, a pool and a game room with its own kitchenette and pool table. La Casita de JayJay is near so many beautiful beaches, just to mention a few… La Poza del Obispo, Playa Mar Azul, El Faro Beach, Playa Bea, Punta Caracoles Beach.

Only 7 minutes away you can find Walmart Supercenter and Sam’s Club.

La Casita de JayJay is fully equipped with all you need to have the perfect vacation.

The house is really spacious and has rooms for everyone in the family. La Casita de JayJay is surrounded by palm trees all around giving the house a tropical vibe. When you go inside, it has an area for kids inside the house with toys. Family room equipped with smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.

The bedrooms are located on the second floor where you can also find a balcony overlooking the pool area. There is another balcony on the lower level that overlook the pool area and the game room. La Casita de JayJay is located in a quiet area.

You may have access to the entire house and patio except for a few locked doors that contain the cleaning products and supplies for our cleaning crew.
