Wow check out the view from Sunchase 302! This 2 BR BEACHFRONT HAS ONE OF THE BEST VIEWS IN GULF SHORES. It sits above the beautiful white beaches of Gulf Shores. It also has a heated pool and hot tub and a grilling area. Close to everything with restaurant, convenience/grocery store, ice cream parlor, and fish market right across the street. We include all of your essentials including beach towels, umbrella, and sand toys. PARKING PASS is included in cleaning fee.

Yearly Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Sunchase 302. Everything was as described and we enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning and the short walk to the beach. If you don’t like stairs this is not the place for you. If you don’t mind, it is well worth the climb for the view alone! A few tips: if you are picky about your frying pan bring your own and also bring your own beach chairs and umbrella. We will definitely be back!
