Enjoy our comfortable desert-themed VRBO, complete with all the amenities you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. The space features a spacious bedroom with a plush king-size bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable living spaces are perfectly suited to relax after a long day of hiking or sightseeing. Situated within minutes of world class shopping and restaurants at Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter, we are also just a short drive away from popular attractions including: mountain desert trails, pickleball courts, West World, the Mayo Clinic, and many golf courses and parks.

Splash in the pool, play on the swing set, or just relax and watch the sunsets. The home includes access to the outdoor pool, BBQ set, and kids play house. You will have your own private gated entrance to the property with secure off street parking. Inside the well stocked space you'll find what you need for a relaxing home away from home. Featuring a handmade king sized bed (additional double air mattress available on request) full kitchen, full bath, washer/dryer, high speed internet, and TV with NetFlix - you should have everything you need to cook at home and unwind after a long day playing in the desert. It is also stocked with games and books for your use (under the TV).

Plenty of storage and unique touches (plus #AllThePlants) make this space warm and inviting - and it's a perfect base to explore the desert, take a hike, play a round of golf, watch the Waste Management Open (only 3.5 miles away), visit an event at WestWorld (4 miles away), go shopping, or enjoy a spring training game. If you have small children we are located near several amazing parks and are within a short drive (<10 mins) from attractions like the aquarium, butterfly world, railroad park, and more! We have lived here for several years and are quite knowledgeable about events in the area and are able to provide recommendations if needed.

We are happy to welcome your family's pet as we know that the best vacations are those with all of your loved ones. Currently the limit is one dog per family, max 50#, which must stay off the furniture. Pets other than small dogs are not allowed. Your pet may not be left unsupervised at our home; they must accompany you on your adventures. There is a $50 charge associated with having your dog stay with you (per our cleaner). Please pay upon booking. Additional charges for household items or structural damage which are ruined by pets will be added to your final bill.

The pool has a child's gate and must be kept locked when not in use. The slide is currently non-functioning and again, the pool is not heated. During the summer months it is quite warm. Please feel free to use the pool when you like, however guests under 15 years of age must be supervised at all times. The pool is the only shared space on the property; our family may swim on weekday afternoons or on the weekends. There is no glass allowed at the pool, but plasticware is provided. In the event you prefer al fresco dining you are welcome to eat at the pool dining table - just please clean up after yourself. For those of you who like to eat out, many top rated restaurants are all within a short drive.

No guests nor events are allowed on this property; Mandatory neighborhood quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. If the house rules are broken you will be asked to leave the property immediately; no refunds will be issued.
