Cozy 2-bedroom apartment just 6 minutes drive to Cape Cod Beaches

So, Dennis, a main-floor single-family house.
2 bedrooms, 1 and ½ Baths, sleeps 8, WiFi, Streaming TV, AC, W/D.
Hardwood floors, Slider to back deck off the kitchen, gas grill, fire pit.
1st Floor living room has a queen sleep sofa and a ½ bath with W/D.
The 2nd floor has two large bedrooms that sleep six with a Full Bath.
One bedroom features a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a full-size bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Parking in the driveway, quiet neighborhood.
Tenant is responsible for their linens, bath, and beach towels.

The house also has a one-bedroom studio unit with its own entrance at the back of the house, which can be rented separately from the main house if it's available.

(Weekly Bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.)

The house was great for our family of 4. It was clean with plenty of space and comfortable beds. The location was great, with easy access to groceries and other stores for necessities, as well as many of our favorite places on the Cape such as the bay beaches and bass river, and a great central location to check out all that the cape has to offer!

Perfect cape getaway

This house was clean and well stocked with plates, cooking items, and extra blankets, pillows, etc. Owner was very pleasant to work with and responsive of requests and needs before and during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Very clean, comfy and convenient property. Bedrooms were spacious and mattresses were very comfortable. Close to shops, beaches and restaurants. Host replied very quickly. Lovely patio in the back with fire pit made for some relaxing evenings. Overall great experience,
