COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Home is in a tree-lined gated community that has pools, lakes, free boat launch into the lake, kayak rental, paddle boats, mini golf, playgrounds, clubhouse, tennis court.

**5 free pool passes that give access to all the community amenities are included with the house. Additional guest passes can be obtained directly at the pool for $12 per day per person. They include use of the pools and boat rentals. Community beach/lake/boat launch is free of charge.*

AC: there is a window AC unit in the living room and one in the master bedroom upstairs. These will cool the house. All other rooms have large pedestal fans and ceiling fans.
