Summer Stay

My family and I really enjoyed staying in Eva's home. It was very clean and welcoming and had everything we needed to accommodate all seven of us. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation 2024

What a cute place to stay with my kids and grandkids. The wildlife was the highlight for the kids . Eva was attentive to our needs, and the house was cute for a rental, very serviceable and comfortable.

Checking in for parking passes was a disaster! Felt like I was in the DMV and was there for two hours, the host forgot to do her part of checking us in with no luck in contacting her! After 20 minutes of the office trying to get a hold of her. Then the office confirms that we only can allow 10 people for the pool reservation but we are a family of 13, then both the office and host implied that maybe a few of us could stay back! The lake was closed due to bacteria and no discounts for the pool we’re giving due to the lake being close. Had to drive 20 minutes out to a different location for the lake! House was nice some things were damaged and needs repairing. Wouldn’t book again in a gated community.

Very attentive property manager

The check in process was super easy and Eva kept in contact and was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. The property provided passes to the pool which the previous renters accidentally took with them. Eva reimbursed our fees for the pool. The home was very well kept. The check out process was very easy.
