Check-in process was the easiest ever! The host was absolutely awesome! He was very quick to respond anytime we needed anything. The home was beautiful and themed throughout and was overall just awesome! Very clean and over all fantastic. Highly recommend!

Everybody was clean. The house was really nice and conveniently located to the Bernheim Forest and Arboretum and Louisville zoo. Host left some great suggestions on where to eat.

We were able to book this for a last-minute weekend trip, the property was exactly as described, Love the fact that it had enough bedrooms for different couples and a singleton , love the fact that it was pet friendly check in process and check out process was extremely easy and smooth and communication was great. Had all the conveniences and will definitely book again when we are back in the Louisville area!

This is a sweet little house in a quiet family neighborhood. We were in town for family, so we spent very little time at the house. But I would’ve loved the backyard had we had more time. Everything was great, the theme is and there are fans for the bedrooms.

House was very tidy description of the 3rd bedroom was inaccurate it should have stated this was for children the pull out bed was not for 2 adults this room was dirty with popcorn on the floor and sunglasses in the couch when we pulled out to sleep we ended up using the blow up mattress good thing it was there also the front entrance did not have any hand rails and we had an elderly couple having a hard time to get in and out of the house both front and back entrance need to be described as step up to get in The weather turned cold and the thermostat is only programmed for 69 and could not be changed were use to a warm home the host was quick to answer text

Wow is all I can say. We reached out to this guest as soon as they booked. When we saw 6 adults, we made sure she was aware of the sleeping arrangements. A few days before their arrival, they said they were bringing a pet. All pets are supposed to be pre-approved and put on the reservation. Neither of those were done. We just charged the normal pet fee and she didn't like that. Please look at our other 5 star reviews. They didn't do any of the check out instructions but we still gave them a great review. Sometimes you get guests that won't be happy no matter what.
