Nothing like being right on the water. We saw turtles every day and a large ray visited us one morning. This is a great property with super responsive hosts! We appreciated the resort amenities and the super short walk to Jolly Hall beach. The outdoor shower was amazing to clean up and rinse off after a long day in the sand. We loved the yeti cooler. The kitchen was well stocked too! We will return!!

This is a perfect place. Literally everything you need is there. If you need something, it’s there. Even things you didn’t think of, they’re there. The bed is comfortable, the outdoor shower is beyond fabulous. I didn’t even use the indoor shower. The view right outside your door is beautiful.Seriously, all you need to pack are a few clothes and bathing suits, then take half of those out. You will still overpack thinking you need to take everything but I promise you don’t. “Everything “ is there. If you have any questions when you get there Michael and Roseann are quick to respond and most helpful. They are really great. I cannot say enough about how fabulous this place is. Look no further.You cannot go wrong staying at Bella Vista Breeze. i am already planning my next trip

Probably the best unit at Hideaways. The sofa, chairs and view from the porch were outstanding. Unit was well stocked with cooking equipment. Wife loved the outside shower and I loved the grill. Other guests were jealous. One in particular guest booked the unit after seeing this incredible unit. Will be back when able.

Bella vista Breeze

Our VRBO hosts were absolutely wonderful! Helped us every step of the way on our 1st visit to Exuma, this villa is so much more than we imagined. So comfy and clead, this family really but their heart and soul qto this beautiful place.

Amazing Hosts in an Incredible Location

First time in Exumas and we loved it! The Villa was Perfect for us. Great location, with great amenities, this place had everything one could ask for. Our hosts Michael and Roseanne were AMAZING. Very helpful and responsive, they truly made our vacation special. The best Hosts we have ever encountered or imagined!

Right at Home - Bella Vista Breeze

What a great villa with everything you need to make yout stay enjoyable. We felt right at home in the centrally located unit at The Hideaways. You are able to enjoy all the amenities too! We were lucky enough to meet the owner Michael during our visit which was nice. Highly recommend a stay at Bella Vista Breeze!

Relaxing Exuma getaway

The property was beautiful and located right on the beach. Michael and Roseann were so helpful with providing us with a guide of the island ahead of time. They were prompt in responding any time we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation location and stay

This was our first time to Great Exuma, Bahamas and our stay at Bella Vista Breeze was perfect for our family of four. The location is excellent and the view was amazing! We also greatly appreciated the communication and helpful guide of things to do by Michael and Roseann. We will be back in the future!

Michael & Roseann are the most incredible hosts. They texted us in the mornings to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Right after we made our reservation we felt like family. The Villa was impeccable. Any amenity you might need was provided for, although we wish there was a smaller cooler available for beach trips but atleast having one there was nice. Worked out well when out driving the island and picking up cold goods at Smitty's Grocery. Wish we could've met Cleo but we were always on the go. She was a pleasure to deal with using WhatsApp and delivering to us our preorder from Exuma Market.We can't wait to return in the future!

Michael and Roseann were the best hosts we have ever had. They helped with excursions, restaurant recommendations, and answered immediately through What’s App. Bella Vista Breeze was absolutely charming and pictures don’t do it justice. The villa is right on the water with stunning views. It had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, spices and oils to games to beach chairs, floats and snorkel gear and a Yeti backpack cooler. We spent a lot of time on the porch and loungers in front of the villa. It was perfect. The hosts were available 24/7 and were very helpful and accommodating. They provide their own guide to Exuma which is one of the most detailed we’ve ever read. We loved our stay here!

This was our favorite visit and stay experience in Exuma. The house was spacious, comfortable & had everything we needed. The best part was being right on the waterfront with gorgeous views and the sound of waves lapping. There’s a scheduled shuttle that helps get you to the right location in town and pick up is included too. If the water is calm, you can walk out waist high at low tide past the rock formations. We saw fish and starfish along that area too.The owners checked in on us often via text and made sure we had what we needed. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

Gorgeous location

We loved our stay at Bella Vista Breeze. It was the perfect location with the best view. Michael & Roseann were very helpful making recommendations for us. They have everything you could possibly need to hit the beaches, beach chairs, floats, beach towels, cooler, umbrella, blue tooth speaker, waterproof phone case & even beach toys. The pictures are exactly as it appears in person, the beauty of your stay and the views are remarkable! The room, the hosts, are nothing short of perfect. We lost power one day( short period) we lost water ( short period) once we let our hosts know… everything was restored and resolved. The hosts are 100% wanting you to have the best experience ever. We hope to come back, our weather was perfect. 9/10-9/25! Thanks to the entire staff and Especially Michael & Roseanne!

Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa and great personal touches like beach chairs and an umbrella that you can take with to explore other beaches. A Little Slice of Heaven!This is our second visit to Exuma and our second time staying at Bella Vista property. Bella Vista Breeze is an absolute gem! The unit is conveniently located in hideaways, which is essentially located on the island. It is bright and airy and spotless! There is even a grill in an outdoor shower! The unit is stocked with anything you could possibly need. Mike and Roseanne thought of everything! They are wonderful hosts who made the entire process seamless. The communication before our arrival was top-notch. They were also available to answer any questions we had during our stay. There are two wonderful guides on the coffee table that helped us decide what beaches to visit and where to eat. We enjoyed having our coffee on the front porch watching the sunrise each morning. We are already booked for next year and can’t wait to come back.!

From the day we booked our trip Michael and Roseanne were always very accommodating and responsive. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. Bella Vista Breeze was very accommodating. Not only was it stocked with everything you needed but we also loved the outdoor shower!!! Our favorite moment was swimming with a turtle right out front of Bella Vista Breeze. It was so beautiful and relaxing right on the beach. We are already planning our next trip. Exuma has to one if the most beautiful places! Michael and Roseanne recommended going to see Dee and Danas restaurant right on CocoPlum beach. I have to say that was by far THE BEST MEAL on the island. CocoPlum Beach and Haulover Bay are the 2 must visit beaches, make sure you study the tide charts and go at low tide!!
