The condo is located on the top (third) floor of secure complex that offers many shared amenities, including swimming pool, BBQ, sauna, exercise room and spa. Bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella are also available for you to enjoy the beach.

This condo is only 2 blocks away from famous Tourmaline beach, which offers spectacular sandy beaches. You can swim, surf, boogie board, snorkel, kayak, sail, water-ski or just relax and enjoy the great climate of San Diego. You can also walk or ride a bike along the boardwalk that parallels Pacific Beach from Crystal Pier south to Belmont Park, which boasts a classic wooden roller coaster, carnival rides and lots of fun; plenty of shops, restaurants and sights along the boardwalk. A mile north of the pier are the tide pools of La Jolla.

Enjoy world famous San Diego sights such as SeaWorld, just few miles away, San Diego Zoo, Belmont Park, historic Old Town and Balboa Park.
