Perfect stay for the last 3 nights of our two week vacation on Kauai. Easy walk to the beach. Close to hiking trails. Short drive to food. Loved the lanai looking out at the ocean.

Location of the property was great! We woke up each day to the sunrise on the ocean. Would stay in the complex again but not the specific unit. We’re used to travelling in hostels but we found this place a bit too dirty for the price. It could use a good deep clean. Lots of stains, dust, and crumbs throughout the apartment. See photos.

Beautiful ocean front resort

The room was clean and had a great breeze from the ocean at all times. Great views and easy to get to the beach and tidal pool to swim as well.

Amazing location and property

One of the best locations on Kauai- on an amazing and uncrowded beach, close to Kapaa, Wailua, and Lihue, only 1 hr to almost any point on the island. Great property and host!

Great Condo, Great Location

We enjoyed staying here very much. The grounds were spotless and beautiful, along with the pool. The view from the lanai was nice. Kitchen was well-appointed. I will stay here again.

Wonderful Kauai stay @ Kaha Lani

Our 7 day vacation was wonderful and seamless both arriving and departing. The only issues were the evening indoor heat and daily wet paint in the exterior entrance areas. The ocean view and sounds were amazing. Kate (owner) always made herself available to us.

Absolutely great location…midway between Princeville and Poipu. Close to great local food in Kapaa and Lihue…unit was good, but could use some updating.

Beautiful spot

We had a great stay! Easy beach access or stay on the lanai if you want to enjoy the sunrise from a lounge chair. Everything we needed was here, all we had to do was buy food. Kate was very clear on directions to the place and check in/check out. The condo is clean and cute; perfect beach house! We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our first time on Kaua’i!

Another great stay!

It’s a perfect location. In fact we stayed here last year as well. Beautiful view of the ocean. Great to sit out on the lanai watching and listening to the birds. Just a short 5 minute walk down the path to Lyndgate Beach park. Nice sanding beach with a breakwater to keep it calm and great for snorkeling.

Beautiful ocean view and comfortable lanai to take it all in. Halfway between the sights on the north and south side of Kauai. Delightful swimming beach within a short stroll. Owner thoughtfully provides beach chairs, cooler etc

Annual return to Kauai

Enjoyed our stay at Kaha Lani very much. Kate is an excellent host with quick responses to any questions or concerns. She makes the VRBO process completely relaxing and uncomplicated. Condo is in a great location and has coolers, float boards, and comfy chairs for enjoying the beautiful beaches. We hope to stay again on future trips.

Wonderful

We had such a great time here (our 2nd time). We loved the location, the beach, the pool with bbq area, the walking path to the park, and the condo. The place was clean, well stocked kitchen, views from the deck were beautiful, and the on'-sight laundry mat were convenient. They also have on-sight security. Definitely a place to stay. We will be back!!

Great location

A very quiet and calm area of Kawaii with walking of the beach. Great communication with the host, Kate. We attended the Smith family luau which Kate recommended. It was by far the best luau that I’ve been to to date course. I’ve only been to four so keep that in mind :-)

Ocean front property

Nice clean condo , a little warm due to lack of air conditioning. But ok with fans and open windows. Close to lyngate Park and golf course. We have stayed in this complex before and enjoy the location.

Comfortable condo in well maintained complex

Lots of parking, quiet, ocean view, beach in front, close walk to snorkel pond. The condo was clean, lots of fans, kitchen well stocked with pans/utensils, closet full of beach supplies (we left some also), nice lanai with beautiful view, shower with tub, lovely paint design of beach and water in bathroom, good internet and tv set up, basket of books for reading. We were very pleased and are considering it for future rentals when we return to Kauai. The owner was very responsive to questions and process was super easy to reserve and rent. A++

Great location

Loved the location. The condo was perfect. The grounds were impeccable and within walking distance of a park. We did encounter a lot of people camping along the road in the area, but the condo provided a security guard and it was not a problem. The park to the left of the condos was very clean. The one to the right was not. It was a very pleasant stay I would love to stay there again. .

Beautiful, quiet, convenient.

Location is perfect. Quiet surrounding that's very convenient to attractions and amenities. View of the ocean amazing from deck. Grounds are well maintained. Felt security was top notch as all rules for complex were observed. Also noticed area was well equipped with security cameras and signs indicating their presence. Coming back to the resort after the sometimes hectic excursions to the touristy sites was a pleasure and relief.

Why they chose this property

'The Garden Isle' has beautiful stretches of white sand beaches, lovely tropical greenery and delicious tropical fruit. Kauai is the most pristine of the four major Hawaiian Islands. It is one of the most beautiful areas on this earth.
Our condo is on the second floor of a two-story building.

What makes this property unique

From December through February the female whales come from Alaska to birth their babies in our warm waters. Rare endangered monk seals sunbath on beaches throughout the island. Colorful tropical birds and flowers abound. The quiet beach in front of Kaha Lani goes on for miles with hardly another person to be seen. Mornings or evenings we enjoy walking along the paved ocean path that goes on for 15 miles.
We enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Kauai at Kaha Lani Complex while still being in the center of activities, stores and restaurants. A lovely spot indeed.
