The guests reported that the AC was not blowing as cold as expected; however, there were over 13 people staying at the property, and the group was frequently going in and out every few minutes, leaving the doors open repeatedly. With the amount of people in the home and the constant loss of cooled air, the AC system was working under much heavier demand than normal. The indoor temperature never went above 78 degrees. The guests contacted me around 9–10 PM regarding the concern. I asked if I could send an HVAC technician out the next morning asap to inspect the unit and make sure everything was operating properly, and they agreed. I sent an AC technician to the property, and after inspecting the system, they confirmed that the AC was functioning properly. When the guests returned to the property afterward, the home was cool and comfortable, and there were no further complaints regarding the AC.

We are happy to hear they enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which are some of the features our guests frequently compliment. However, we were disappointed that some minor concerns were heavily emphasized despite our quick response and willingness to help. We appreciate all guest feedback and are always looking for ways to improve, but we also believe it is important to provide future guests with a balanced perspective.
