Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms provide restful options for up to five guests. The primary suite includes a king bed, soft lighting, and ample closet space. A second bedroom features a queen bed with a top-rated mattress, while the third holds a twin bed and a vintage desk accented with décor. Each room is prepared with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades for a peaceful night.

Bathroom
The single bathroom is designed with convenience in mind, offering a walk-in glass shower, ornate tilework, and polished brass accents. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and a hair dryer are provided, along with cleaning products so you can refresh with ease after exploring the city or nearby trails.

Kitchen & dining
The bright kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and baking sheet. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are included. Gather around the dining table that comfortably seats five, perfect for both quick snacks and shared meals.

Living spaces
Settle into the spacious living room where a leather sofa invites you to unwind. Stream your favorite shows on the smart TV, connect through fast Wi-Fi or Ethernet, or enjoy a game night with the provided board games. A dedicated workspace makes it easy to balance work and leisure.

While Denver's public transportation network is dependable, it can't quite match the freedom and convenience of having your own four-wheeled mode of transport. To get the most out of your visit, we recommend making the most of car rental or ride-share services.

Please note that this home shares a driveway and backyard with another house. However, rest assured that the living spaces are completely separate and private, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

There is designated parking on the driveway for 4 cars. Parking in front of any neighbor's house is prohibited. Parking in such areas may result in towing of the vehicle.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $75 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats are permitted.
