The host was very welcoming. He met us upon arrival and showed us how to work some of the lights, fans, A/Cs etc.He also greeting us with local rum and sparkling wine. The house was very comfortable for all and had many outdoor sitting areas. The property is very well kept and secure.

The Perfect Vacation

The house was exactly as the listing promised. Check-in was seamless and the owner was prompt to respond to questions. The house was very clean and anything you could think of was provided! We loved sitting outside to read and play games, or hang out by the pool. Delicious restaurants are within walking distance and Mar Chiquita is a short drive. 10/10 would stay again, no notes!

Beautiful stay close to beaches

Beautiful gated property with everything you could want in a large kitchen and outside sitting areas. We spent a ton of time on the covered porches out front by the pool and on the side by the well stocked bar. Make sure to bring bug spray! Very short drive to many beautiful beaches and good restaurants (try the food trucks!)

Great property Great location

We had an amazing stay at this property. The gated community made us feel safe and the close proximity to the beach was amazing for the kids. Everything is modern, comfortable and clean. We cooked and enjoyed meals in the very equipped kitchen. We enjoyed having the laundry room and outdoor bathroom for after beach cleanup. The owner is very responsive and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend.

Beautiful and restful place

Was a lovely property overlooking the area from a high elevation. Had a beautiful outdoor entertaining area that worked well even during rainy times. Kitchen was well equipped. Outdoor spa tub also very nice and also recently had a heater added. Host was gracious, responsive, and went out of his way to make us feel welcome, even providing some traditional holiday treats.

Excellent property, even better than advertised

The property is upscale and in top shape in every aspect. The beds are very comfortable, the tv's are big and easy to use, the common areas are spacious and the furniture is very comfortable as well. The days can be spent outside in the reclining chairs, sitting around the bar talking or just having your meals in the outside dining table. The small heated pool is the best way to relax and disconnect from the daily stress of life. Communication with the owners was exceedingly good. I strongly recommend this property, it is well worth every dollar.

Don’t Stay He Try’s to rip you off for cleaning fee

Don’t stay here he tries to rip you off for cleaning fee. Also if you get trip protection he tries to bill them for minor things. The house is filled with bugs and very far from any local activity. I would not recommend you stay here.

Guest retaliation. Messages on vrbo dashboard clearly details how bad guest left the property on checkout, loud music and party until 4am , and damages to furniture which were evaluated and approved to pay by vrbo insurance. All these speaks the truth.

Father's Day celebration

We celebrated our 7th annual family FathersDay. It was easy directions and access to the house. The home was peaceful, away from people and secure. The pool was smaller than we expected and we did have wifi connection issues. The view was beautiful in the sun and in the rain. Communication with the host was instantaneous. They were very accommodating. My family loved the hammock!!! My granddaughter left behind her Coach purse and they promised to mail it to my home. ❤️ 😍

Book Now: You Won’t Be Disappointed

I don’t even know where to begin! We own a business in Nashville, TN and take our staff on a vacation every year. Our group was 8 adults total. We had such an amazing experience with Edgardo and this house that we’re already planning next years vacation and we just checked out today. The property, inside and out, is absolutely beautiful. I have also never been in a better stocked vacation rental. Plenty of towels, sunscreen, bug spray, laundry supplies, spices, and even drinks in the outside cooler! Edgardo was extremely communicative and was quick to respond to our questions. The house is extremely clean, the rooms are fairly large and the beds are comfortable. This home is a true gem and we cannot wait to come back!

The Property is Just as Advertised!

The outside terrace was our favorite spot and has the perfect setup. We would have loved to use it more, but our visit was right after they had received a lot of rain, and the mosquitoes were bad. But we used it as much as we could. The Wi-Fi and television are satellite operated and on days when there is an overcast, it will be limited. But this was just the perfect opportunity for us to disconnect and enjoy each other. The property owner/manager was very quick to respond to all our questions and concerns and gave us great recommendations. We tried out two of the local restaurants that we were really impressed with. We really enjoyed our stay, and we look forward to booking again next time we are in Puerto Rico.

It is our distingue pleasure to host and share our property in Manati with you. I'm a full-time real estate developer and my lovely wife owns and operates a MedSpa in San Juan. The property was named Finca La Cecilia after my rottweiler Lola Cecilia. Why? Because when a purchase the property in 2021 she was the first to explore it, and the vibes were absurd.

Why they chose this property

Not because I own it, but this hill has great mountain views, fresh air, it is very secure and private with double entry-controlled access. Also, many spots to relax, long walks, exercise, eat, drink, read, plunge to the small pool with a great view ... all this on premises. See aerial view of property. Is 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from casino, shopping and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Large terrace to entertain with a full bar area, great to enjoy the outdoors. The plunge pool is well centered to create vibes and take many photos.
