Welcome to your vacation / work getaway!! Charming, Cozy Little Hideaway with a Unique Feel! Each bedroom has its own TV with YouTube TV over 100 channels also Netflix is available. Fresh clean linens, pillows and comforter in each bedroom. New posturepedic mattress in bedroom 1 / bedroom & bedroom 3 has a brand new Purple Foam mattress. The living room has a 65" TV with cable, Roku. WIFI available throughout property. Brand new remodeled kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Complimentary coffee available with sugar and creamers. New dishes and cooking utensils. Brand new Maytag super capisity washer and dryer with fabric sheets and washing detergent. Plus mush more!!!

Please note security cameras are located on the back door area over looking the back yard and a ring doorbell is located on the front door. Please do not tamper with any cameras.

This is a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. The owners have everything you would need for a stay. Kitchen is well equipped. Porch in front is a great place to sit and relax. I would stay here again if back in this area. Owner was great to work with if you have need.

So clean & a good location!

We needed a rental for a last minute work trip! The two husbands worked while us two girls hung out & made little day trips in the area. The house was SO CLEAN. It’s so close to the smith duke site if that’s what you’re needing to come into town for & located not to far from some neat areas like pinehurst or wilmington which make for a great day trip! Crawford was also the best host & responded so quickly 24/7 to any questions I had. Definitely plan on staying here again next time we are in the area:)

Why they chose this property

This is my hometown.. After I retired from the military I decided to come back home to Richmond County to be closer to family and friends and enjoy the laid back vibe in the County

What makes this property unique

I've worked very hard to create a warm and inviting space that you can come back to from a long day out and be able to relax and rest comfortably. The porch is absolutely amazing with a fireplace to relax next to. The beds and linens are new, fresh and absolutely comfortable.
