It would've

The apt had a beautiful view, was spacious and well designed. But it was in dire need of touch up paint..the walls and the furniture. The dining table was a wonderful size but needed paint and 2 of the chandelier bulbs were dead. The shower leaked in the master bath and there was an issue with the hot faucet in one of the other baths. The kitchen was a disaster. Totally garage sale and flea market equipment and tinsels. It was pitiful. The stovwas slow. There were lamps that didn't work. The furniture was comfortable enough. There was construction going on all day Monday next door and one floor below our unit. It sounded like they were going at it with Jack hammers all day. We had to raise our voices to hear each other in conversation and our one year old baby had much trouble with napping. I got a headache from the noise level...and I mever get headaches! Very disappointed that we weren't warned of the construction all around us. And clearly they had just installed new carpet in our unit...the edges close to the windows had exposed carpet tack boards and the toddler was walking and getting stuck. I feel like we should get some sort of reimbursement. If we don't,.we won't use VRBO or Vacasa again and will spread the warning about the service so far. Thank you for reading this review. It is completely honest.

Thanksgiving stay

Condo was great…easy check in and check out…property had construction going on outside and in surrounding condos which we didn’t know about. We were not able to use parking garage because our truck is too tall. One night had to park in next door condos lot because there were no spaces in outside lot.

We absolutely enjoyed our time in this condo. We had plenty of room to spread out. The only negative thing was the condo was a little dated and the livingroom carpet was stained. The complex was always clean and we absolutely loved the parking spot in the garage.

The picture does not reflect the reality

The furniture is old, the paint has been wiped off, the backs of the chairs are dirty, the carpet is stained, the electrical wires for one of the ceiling fans are cut and thrown on the floor, the lights in the living room do not work, and large pieces of rust fall from the dishwasher when you open it. The apartment managers were notified at the time on September 12, and the faults were not repaired until I left on September 19, 2024. As for the location, the sea, and the rest of the facilities in the building, they are excellent.

Daytona Beach Shores Vacation

I loved the panoramic ocean views and quick beach access. The condo itself was clean and large with plenty of space but could use updating and some of the furniture needs to be replaced. The couches were comfortable and nice though. There was also construction going on during our stay which wasn't a big deal until the last 2 days as they were working right outside our condo and it was very loud. The most important things to me are cleanliness, ocean views and beach access so I'm giving this place 5 stars!

The beach access and the ease of going to the beach was amazing! They had places to wash off the sand too. The home was not very clean and was rather disappointed. The size of the condo was perfect for our family of 8. Would definitely stay again just probably not the same unit.

Not what it appears to be

We went through VRBO and all our correspondence was with Vacasa. We kept getting emails and didn't realize we had to deal with them. We got nothing from VRBO although that's who we booked the condo through. We feel we should get a refund for all VRBO fees because you did nothing for us.

VRBO Problem

Property was as advertised, 5star. VRBO help was less than a star. Initial 24 hour to check in email did not include parking info. Questioned, VRBO resent same info. Second request, unanswered. All VRBO had to send was "Upon arrival lobby guest book for site manager explains parking". Reported vacuum bag overfilled with no replacement, sent picture so at end of stay cleaners could bring one. VRBO responded quickly than it did with parking. VRBO did not recognize my USA phone number that was also provided on the booking kept asking for reservation number a vacuum bag was more important than parking. VRBO not helpful for parking or vacuum bag. Hope never to find out how they would do with a bigger issue.

Great Vacation Spot

Loved the view, the size of the condo, the unit was well stocked. Like that small shampoo, conditioner, soap was provided. Only thing that would have made stay better was if balcony was equipped with a chaise lounge so I could rest and read with the great view. High chairs are a little tough for older folks. Still, all in all, enjoyable stay.😁
