Our home is decorated in a relaxed beachy theme. Perfect for families, friends, tennis groups or golfers. We have a king bed in the master suite, another king bedroom, and 2 twins in another bedroom that can be pushed together for a couple. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and den. Sonos inside and outside speakers on back screened porch. Wi fi internet access. Renovated fully equipped kitchen including granite countertops, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, bakeware, plenty of glasses, plates, etc . Two baths with tub/shower combo, hairdryers and resort provides soaps, shampoo, towels and sheets. Downstairs private shower with hot water. We have a variety of books, games and puzzles to enjoy as well.

A tropical palm lined paved path invites you for a 5 minute walk to your beach chair and umbrella on the 15 mile long beach. Umbrellas and chairs can be rented at the bottom of beach access 18, our beach access, also called Night Heron park beach access.

Night Heron pool and water park is a short 5 minute walk. See the animals at the nature center, play some basketball or soccer in the park. Enjoy the seasonal festivals in the park with live music and games. Enroll the kids in Kamp Kiawah and enjoy some mom and dad time alone!

A stroll or bike ride on the wide flat beach for ½ mile leads to the 5 star Sanctuary Hotel and Spa. Shop for that special gift, enjoy Sunday brunch at Jasmine Porch or have a glass of champagne by the fire in the piano bar. What about a massage or facial at the luxury spa?

Five golf courses meandering through the low country foliage and following the beach await your round. Golf clinics for adults and kids are offered and family golf on Turtle Point Golf Course is a pleasure for all! The Ocean Course has hosted many PGA events and you can enjoy the views and food at the Ryder Cup bar!

Kiawah was also sited as the top tennis resort. Two state of the art tennis areas await your serve. There are also tennis clinics offered for adults and children year round.

Many on island dining options abound. The Nest, Night Heron Grill at the pool, Jasmine Porch, Loggerhead Grill are only a few options.

If Kiawah Island is not enough, how about a shopping spree at Freshfields Village? Complete with many restaurants including Heges(wonderful french dining), GDC home, The Resort Shop, Pink Boulevard(Lilly Pulitzer), Harris Teeter grocery and much more. By car it's only 7 minutes away from home or you can take a leisurely bike ride there.

Go a little further and visit Bohicket Marina and charter your boat or take in some raw bar fare and a beer at the restaurants.

Charleston is only 30 minutes away! Carriage ride, ghost tour or historic home or garden walk anyone? Museums, aquarium, dining and shopping? The cobblestone streets whisper sweet southern 'nothins' in your ear.
