Property was double booked.

No idea what the property is actually like because it was double booked. The day of our first night, I still hadn’t received check in information so I called. They had no idea who I was. I don’t know who dropped the ball (Ie owner or vrbo), but my lesson is they from now on, always contact the owner to double check.

Family at Santa’s Village

The property was close to Santa’s village. We like that it was an open space and the kids were able to play while the adults hang out in the kitchen. The place was really clean and we appreciate that we were able to get an early check in in time for the little ones 2nd nap. However, on the day of the trip, it was hard to get a hold of the owner because we were trying to get check in information. We only got the information about 3 hours prior to our early check in and it was a little bit stressful since we had kids with us. Maybe they had something going on that day so maybe it’s a one off. Otherwise the trip and property was great. We don’t mind going back.

Spacious Mountain Escape

The owner was quick to respond in queries. The property seemed recently redone. The pictures do show the property well. The property was well outfitted with appliances and cooking supplies. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of backup bathroom towels. My only issue with the space was that the kitchen sink has a loose faucet and there wasn't a welcome/check out page with relevant information about the property, surrounding amenities like grocery stores or eateries and nearby activities.
