Great Vacation Spot

Fantastic property that is perfect for summer vacation with the family or friends. Its in a great location with local restaurants and the beach within walking distance. Also, has everything you would need to stay in by the pool/tiki bar and grill food.

Great getaway

The house was clean and a great, safe place for kids ranging from 1-6. Centrally located and close to so many things and close to parking lot for beach access. Lisa was very accessible and responded so quickly! Would definitely stay there again!

Our OBX vacation rental

We made an excellent choice with choosing to stay at Bubba's Watering Hole. There was plenty of space for everyone, whether we wanted to socialize, or find privacy to relax. The pool and tiki bar was a hit with everyone. We brought our own speakers and played music throughout the day. It was easily the most utilized part of the property! The beach was a short walk. A convenient crosswalk was on N. Croatan Hwy made the beach access very easy. The bayside has a wonderful walkway with rows of gorgeous properties. The home was beautiful and clean. Lisa and her property management team were excellent and responsive to our needs and questions. We hope to rent again next year and would definitely recommend Bubba's Watering Hole.

The perfect vacation home

Lisa was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house was exactly as pictured. The house is a little walk from the beach but the provided gear made it easy. It was in the perfect proximity to all of our vacantion outings ( jet skis, the bay, fishing boats, dinner and shopping). We were pleasantly surprised with the provided essentials and the house was wonderfully clean. 10 people did not feel crowded and we enjoyed the pool daily. Even the neighbors were kind! The outdoor shower was a bonus and the outdoor bar was full of surprises. Workers showed up daily to check the lawn, the pool and fix anything broken. We love that people were quick to care for the home, but our only critique would be if there was some notice to when the people would show up. We had moments of whether or not to let them in because we did not expect them. One of the best cared for homes I have rented and would definitely stay again.
