Private Beach Access - Siesta Key 2 BD/2Bath Condo - New Furnishings!

Warm natural light fills this home making it the vacation oasis you have always dreamed about! With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, everyone has plenty of space to call their own on your tropical vacation. In just a few short minutes, you can also be at the beach soaking up the warm Florida sun.

Bedroom Layout:
Master Bedroom: King Bed / 42" TV
Guest Bedroom: 2 Queen Beds / 32" TV

Guests can access the entire complex and enjoy private beach access.
Access includes outdoor BBQ spaces by the Intercoastal Waterway, shuffleboard, cornhole, tennis courts, best community pool on the Key, steps from the beach with private beach access, fitness center and seawall with ability to dock your boat with access to the Intercoastal waterway and the Gulf.

January through March, we will only accept a Saturday to Saturday stay, 7 nights required.
For any other travel dates, please inquire about availability.
For your convenience, there is an onsite coin-operated washer and dryer on each floor.
Guest must be 25 and up to rent this condo. ID is checked upon check in to the resort

Great stay

Very nice property with great pool. Excellent location to beach and Trolly. Noises from the bridge and road in evening but earplugs work great at night.

Beach Access

The space was so inviting and comfortable! My only critic is that after we used the private beach access we were met with flagged off areas that “belonged” to other condos. We were shooed away to avoid being in the “private beach areas.” I asked the condominium staff and other residents, and I feel that there were mixed reviews on whether we should’ve moved or not. Just know that although you have the access to the beach you’ll have to walk a few yards to get past the snobs. ;)

Condo is awesome

The condo is bigger than expected! Clean and nice. Wish I would have noticed the sound machines before the last few days. They perfectly drown out the road noise from the bridge traffic.

Wonderful Stay!

Spent a great 12 night stay in this unit. This unit is fantastic and offers every possible household item you would need. It offers comfortable beds and great entertainment options on the 3 Tvs. Most especially, the unit was spotlessly clean. The location is ok. Very open and large pool area. The pool itself is great! Beach access wasn't so clear, and the traffic noise from the road outside can be bothersome, but isn't a spolier from choosing this unit again!
