This was an amazing stay! I stayed here with a party of nine for my bachelorette weekend, and it was perfect. We received a kind call from the owner after our arrival to ensure everything was to our liking. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were amazing. There were air-conditioning units in each room, making it very comfortable inside when it was quite warm outside. The fridge was clean and spacious, and everyone had nothing but good things to say. I was return here in a heartbeat. I can’t rave about it enough!

This house was just as the pictures showed. The check-in was easy. The house was clean and roomy. It's conveniently located close to downtown. The manager was attentive and responsive. If ever in Detroit again I will definitely stay again!!

Spacious Comfortable Home - Near Everything

We had a great visit. The home is large. Four spacious bedrooms. Plenty of room for cooking and lounging. Laundry downstairs, so it was out of the way of everything. We felt very at home here. A+++ Also, every time we got in the car we were 10-15 minutes from our destination. Very convenient t. I loved this visit.

The positives: very nice living area; spacious; great neighborhood; soft sheets and towels. What could have been better: kitchen has a bunch of ants, including in the fridge. Fridge doesn’t keep food very cold. Kitchen could use more amenities: some staples, a kettle. There was a musty smell in the house and several of us became congested.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the spacious living areas, the neighborhood, and found the linens and towels comfortable. We were, however, surprised by your comments regarding ants in the kitchen and especially inside the refrigerator, as this is not something we have ever encountered at the property. We have a routine professional pest control program in place, and our team has not observed any evidence of ants before or after your stay. Had we been notified during your visit, we would have attended immediately to investigate. The refrigerator is checked regularly and is designed to maintain safe food temperatures when the doors remain closed, but we'll certainly inspect it again. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding additional kitchen amenities, including a kettle, and will review those for future guests. Thank you again for your feedback. We continually look for ways to improve while maintaining the character and value of the home.
