Martinis & Marlin has everything you could possibly want for your beach getaway! With so many local attractions within driving distance, you're sure to have a wonderful time! Check out the Red Dragon Pirate Cruises and sail the waters with your own motley crew. Slow it down at the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center and take a lovely stroll along its boardwalk and snap a couple of pictures. You'll also be just a short walk away from the beach and several restaurants and shops.

After a fun-filled day, head on back to your home away from home and enjoy its many relaxing amenities. One of the best features of Martinis & Marlin is its private, heated pool, enclosed by a wood fence for privacy. Enjoy some coffee poolside first thing in the morning, or cocktails after a busy day at the beach. Relax and soak up the sunshine any time of day on the comfortable and sturdy patio furniture. There’s also an enclosed outdoor shower located by the pool to easily rinse yourself or your beach toys before going into the house. You'll find smart TVs in all bedrooms as well as a full gourmet kitchen where you can enjoy preparing a large family meal for everyone. There’s also plenty of seating at the kitchen island and a spacious dining table for everyone to gather around.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

There is parking for 3 vehicles - 1 next to the pool; and 2 under the home.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
