This Sandpoint neighborhood house was clean and conveniently located near the boardwalk to the beach. The bottom floor was useful to store beach items with a sofa, bunk bed and 3/4 bath. The 2nd floor had 4 bedrooms with King beds, yay, and a washer and dryer. The 3rd floor was the living, dining and kitchen great room. We could see the beach from numerous windows and the balcony. Our stay was adequate but we would have enjoyed an extraordinary vacation too.

This house is beautiful! The decor is fun and classy. The house was clean and spacious. We had a family weekend with 12 occupants and the house accommodated us with room to spare. Plenty of bathrooms, plenty of seating, plenty of room to spread out and plenty of sleeping arrangements. The balcony view is amazing. Each room has a ceiling fan and tv. The sheets were clean and pillows and mattresses were comfy! The A/C was cold. The kitchen was stocked with cups, plates, silverware, pots, pans, anything we needed. There was a blender, 4 slot toaster, 12 cup coffee pot, and even a crock pot!! There is a ping pong table, sand toys, and outdoor shower to clean off and plenty of parking. We also rented 2 golf carts and those were able to be delivered directly to the house and picked up when we checked out. There is a boardwalk with a 3 min walk to the beach directly across from the driveway and a beachfront restaurant and bar is a 2 min walk from the house. The restaurant has a great breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would love to come back! I will say that the chlorine in the neighborhood pool seemed very strong and my daughter's blonde hair turned a green tint. (Fixed with a little lemon juice) But they may have recently shocked it before we got there. No harm and definitely did not deter from the fabulous house. Looking forward to renting again! Worth every penny.

So close to everything. This house had everything we needed and more. Super spacious. The A/C was nice and cold. We are looking forward to staying again
