The space
Ground floor unit with views of the ocean, large patio doors infuse the home with fresh ocean air and natural light, and an outdoor private patio right across from the pool. Catch daily breathtaking sunsets and watch the sailboats and seals (dolphins visit too!).

LIVING ROOM: Bright, airy open space with a huge comfy sofa, large smart TV, and access to a private pool adjacent patio with an ocean view.

HOME OFFICE: Situated next to the bright patio to offer plenty of natural light and fresh air, the quiet work area includes an adjustable-height work desk and office chair.

BEDROOM: Clean, modern, comfortable king-size bed with linens and blankets. Walk-in closet, smart TV, and access to a private partial ocean-view patio.

KITCHEN & DINING: Fully stocked with dish sets, premium cookware, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Dedicated indoor dining area.

BATHROOM: Extra large bathroom with plenty of counter space. Stand-up shower/tub, premium towels and beach towels are provided. Large capacity stackable washer-dryer unit located in the enclosed bathroom closet.

OUTDOOR PATIO: Spacious, peaceful outdoor pool-adjacent, ocean-view patio with access from the bedroom and living room areas. Includes lounge chair, exercise bike, and 4-seat dining area. Spend the afternoon by the pool, grill and dine poolside or on the private patio while watching the sunset.

COMMUNITY: Outdoor pools and 24hr fitness gym.
