In a very good location - close to all the major downtown sites. Very nice accommodations. Well-stocked kitchen. Lots of extra blankets, sheets and towels. The bed felt smaller than a queen and the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable (for us). It's on a very busy street but you can't hear the traffic noise in the bedroom. The parking is very tight, and we ended up parking on the street. Would recommend. Good value for the money.

The kitchen came fully equipped. There was even a small supply of spices and cooking spray for our use. The washer/dryer set worked great and it was nice to have for a longer stay. The bed was comfortable and the location was close to downtown. It is across the street from Trolley Square. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean, nicely decorated and new appliances. We did not use the kitchen for cooking but it seemed well equipped (except for no creamers for the coffee). The bed seemed smaller than queen size but was comfortable. We did not use the living room which had a nice large TV and soft couch. Small and seemed best for 1-2 people max. We did not use the parking but it seemed very tight and limited. Easy to hear the other house mates walking around with squeaky upstairs floor and thin walls but the neighbors were not unusually loud. It was in a perfect location for us . Although on a main road, we could not hear the traffic once inside the unit. My only complaints would be no creamer and small bed, but very well equipped unit and very clean.

This is a very cool old house that has cleverly been converted to apartments. The place was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. The location is convenient for getting around and is close to downtown. There are plenty of great restaurants and stores in the immediate area.

I needed a place to stay last minute for work. Due to a conference in town, all the hotels were booked. I chose to stay here and it was a great choice. Great home base

This small apartment was great for a visit to relatives in SLC. Comfortable, well-stocked with what we needed, and convenient. Loved being able to walk to breakfast and coffee shops.
