Kookie Kamper-1 slide out. Has all LED lights inside. Sleeps 6-8. Dining seating is U-shaped. It has an electric jack. Comes with a power awning, 2 heated mattresses, 2 full LP tanks. Has stove, fridge, freezer, and double kitchen sink. Shower, with toilet & sink. All bedding included. Has a outdoor shower, and an outdoor stove. Radio inside and outside. TV near queen master bed. 30amp power cord, sewer hose, water hose, spare tire, adjustable ball hitch with stabilizer bars. 6600lbs GVWR. We deliver/set up/ and pick up within 25 miles from our home for free, $100 for 26-50 miles max. Fresh Chocolate Chip cookies with every rental🍪 Renters are welcome to use the camper on our property as well. Camping on our property would include the use of our fire pit, grill, basketball court, patio, shower/bathroom nearby. The camper initially comes with a full water tank, full generator, and 1 full refill generator can. Both generator containers will need to be full upon pickup, or pay $25 if empty. We take care of the sewer free of charge upon pickup.
