Relax and enjoy the sounds of lapping waters just feet from the back deck at Picture Perfect! Our house is recently renovated and tastefully decorated with a coastal theme. Located in the town of Colonial Beach on "The Point" and Monroe Bay, we are just 5 blocks away on the other side of the peninsula and the beach areas. Monroe Bay has several marinas where you can dock your boat and enjoy our stunning sunset water views!

Perfect cottage on the water

The house was clean and well appointed. The location was great for bike riding to restaurants and checking out the area. The views from the deck were awesome anytime of the day or night. Would stay again!

Truly Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The view is extraordinary, we could (and did) sit for hours just looking at the water and watching the boats and all the wildlife (ducks, cormorants, osprey, fish, etc.) from the deck. Every inch of the house has been updated beautifully. The house was very comfortable, perfectly clean, and came with everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. Communication with the host was friendly and convenient, he offered us helpful information about dining, renting golf carts, and navigating the town. This property truly is "picture perfect" and we enjoyed our stay very much!
