Bed layout is: Downstairs Bedroom #1 has 4 queens (two queen bunk beds), Downstairs Bedroom #2 has one king, foyer has 1 single bed, and downstairs living has a queen murphy bed. Upstairs front bedroom #3 has a queen, Upstairs bedroom #4 master has a king.
