About this property

We bought this house three years ago after falling in love with it while renting. At about 3,000 ft elevation the temperature in the summer is perfect. There are paddle boards and a kayak on the dock to explore the pristine waters of Lake Toxaway. There are some good size fish in the lake if you want to through a line out. After a day of hiking, mountain biking, golf, tennis, pickleball, croquet or being on the water, enjoy dinner on the outside deck with the outdoor gas fireplace setting just the right tone. After one day here you will realize why we call it the magical cottage.

Xmas at Lake Toxaway!

The house was wonderful and the area is amazing. You can tell it is the owners own getaway property and very well maintained. Communication with owner was great. Responded in minutes on any question. Looking forward to visiting the house in the summer!
