The house was very nice. Especially the kitchen, which was fabulous! Beautiful view of the lake.We did not use the hot tub as it did not look clean. There was no ice in the freezer, and there was no shampoo or soap in the shower. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Overall it was a very comfortable house.

A sweet, well appointed small house right on the shore of Lake Tomah. We really appreciated the kitchen, everything you’d ever need for a short or extended stay. It was a great spot to reconnect with dear friends. We even walked on both nearby trails.

The house is quite nice and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We found the beds to be quite comfortable. The Lakeview from the deck was lovely and I enjoyed the hottub. I would recommend mentioning that there are a few stairs down into both bedrooms. Being just 3 months out from hip replacement surgery I had to be very careful. We were not aware of the stairs prior to booking. Never the less, the was a lovely and pleasant place to stay.

We fully enjoyed this little lake house for what we needed. The owners have done a great job with a total renovation of an older house. They have maximized every inch into a very efficient, comfortable and well furnished space. The kitchen is the most furnished in every way that we have encountered. We give 5 stars for the house, the fact that it is right on the lake with beautiful views of sunsets and rises, offers kayaks and paddle boards and a small hot tub, everything we were looking for. The only drawback for us was the lack of an umbrella or awning on the deck which made it difficult to fully enjoy sitting and eating on the deck during the mid day when the sun is overhead. We understood the owners reasoning that umbrellas are a liability issue which is why we still give a 5 rating but think it’s important for renters to know.

Hello Marquis - thank you for staying with us. We are hoping to understand the 4 star review. Your message to us was "Omg this place is awesome!!!! So quiet n peaceful and clean! Thanks!" and then you asked to check out late for no additional fee which we accommodated. If you would be willing to offer what we can do to be a 5 star stay we certainly would appreciate it.
