About this property

Spacious 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath House. Wi-Fi, Roku TV, Fully stocked kitchen, etc!

Coming to Lampasas, Tx? We have a comfortable 3 bedroom home suitable for families & friends. 1 full bathroom with a brand new walk in shower, and 1 half bath. This home will sleep 5 comfortably. We have added a plush foldable cot that will be stored in the closet for a 6th guest, if needed. Located on Nix road, you are minutes from Key Avenue (the main road that runs through our town) and about a 30 minute drive to Colorado Bend State Park.

We recently renovated a few things in this home, such as the original wood flooring and a fresh coat of paint throughout. We purposely wanted to keep it as original as possible as it has been in our family for many years and we intend to preserve the memories that we have made as a family here.
We hope that this doesn't deter you from booking with us. We intend to make your stay as personable and comfortable as possible. The owners live just down the street and are happy to assist with any needs that you may have.

If you have any special requests, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate them if possible

Your place worked great for us. Location, comfort, interactions with host were awesome. Nice touch having some goodies and supplies there when we arrived. Only thing to mention is it would be nice to have a few 3 prong mutliplugs available for folks bringing work with them.

Relaxing Lampasas getaway

What a joy to stay in a home that is so clean and delightfully decorated, which provided each of us with our own bedrooms. Although we enjoyed Colorado Bend State Park, we equally enjoyed our lovely, worry free stay!

Great Stay for the Eclipse!

Easy stay

Close to town and activities. Furnishings were fine with plenty of dishes, linens.Nice back porch and yard with deer visiting daily. Checkin was easy and info from owners was helpful.

We have kept this home as original as we could to preserve the memories made by ourselves, our children, and our grandchildren.
