House was built in 1905 and is located in the historic section of downtown Morgantown. It is extremely warm and cozy and was recently painted, rugs and central air/heat installed. There are three furnished bedrooms and an attic that you can use as a yoga or exercise room. The neighborhood is quiet and extremely safe. You are walking distance to the University of West Virginia, bars, restaurants and walking/bike trails on the Monogahela River.
