Property has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Updated & clean with a great layout. Great view of beach & gulf along with awesome convenience to pool / amenities. Bonus - all things needed for a great day at the beach were available to us in the condo. Completing the package is a host that is friendly, informative & prompt. Definitely five stars & we will rent again!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo! It was stocked with all the kitchen and beach necessities that you could want. This is the best condo I've stayed in at Pointe Santo. Loved the recliners on the porch too. The owner was also very helpful and attentive which was fantastic. I would highly recommend this owner and unit, and will be booking with him again!

This is the best location to a beautiful beach. Less than 2 minute walk to the beach from your door. The views from the unit are stunning. Communication with the host was immediate. Check in was seamless. We will be staying here when we visit again!

Condo was as advertised. Had all the amenities and was well appointed. View of the gulf from the lanai was spectacular. Centrally located, great pool and hot tub along with new pickle ball and tennis courts. May is a great time to visit. Crowds are small and the place was quiet. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation!

Wow! Right on the beach a with a perfect view of the ocean! Best spot on Sanibel! Perfect weather! The condo was beautiful. Spotless when we arrived (exceptionally clean). Plenty of linens, including kitchen towels. We think it's the best stocked kitchen we've ever had anywhere. We have stayed at other condos at Pointe Santo over the years. This has been the best!

Thanksgiving 2019

The VRBO was wonderful for our Thanksgiving stay--the family enjoyed the balcony view of the beach and the kitchen was well-stocked for any essentials we needed. Beds were very comfy and overall the time we spent on Sanibel was enhanced by the accommodations at this VRBO.

What a view

I have to say property owner did a fantastic job updating unit E36View is excellent sea turtles were laying eggs daily. Pool up and running. Great location for restaurants and shopping near by.Construction was not an issue with this unit at all. Will definitely stay again.

Condo was attractive, tastefully appointed, easy to manage. Great view of beach and ocean from the lanai. Excellent location. Owner was very responsive to elevator suddenly not working, which required using stairs to and from 3rd floor!

Perfect Babymoon
