The home has a Multi-Purpose Room, used as an office, game room or bedroom, a rooftop deck & a private backyard. We are also a dog ONLY-friendly home. Put rooftop cushions back in the closet, close and lay down the umbrella.

Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is called "Ducktown", not sure why (LOL) but I have found the area to be safe, and pretty quiet. The street is clean, and the neighbors are nice and keep to themselves which is one of the reasons that I chose this area to host guests.
What makes this property unique
Our home has a porch, backyard and most importantly a rooftop deck that overlooks the bay.
