The property is conveniently located in south Tyler minutes from the best in dining and shopping. Perfect space for large families and groups traveling together. With open dining and living spaces enjoy holidays surrounded by loved ones without the need for prepping and cleaning up your own space. Enjoy a weekend away among the trees while the kids play pool with friends or, spend time on the porch watching our resident donkey (Baby doll), explore her pasture. For even larger groups consider booking Rose City Cottage as well. The two properties are next door to one another.

From the outside this property doesn't look like much but the inside is wonderful. We had a great time staying here and will certainly stay here again.

Family Thanksgiving

This was the perfect spot for our family Thanksgiving. The location was great...close to everything. The inside space was ideal for some relaxing family time. They already had Christmas decorations which made it feel that much more homey. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!
