A fantastic location and property for our family of 5. Absolutely loved the skyline views for New Year's Eve! Would definitely recommend. Helpful host with quick responses - thank you!
The property was amazing, communication was perfection! We have stayed in several VRBOs but this one out did them all! To make it even better there was a Ninja for our protein shakes!!!
Owners were easy to communicate with. Place was nicely equipped. Beds were very comfortable
It was the perfect place for us. If I had a reason to come back to Dallas we would stay there again.
The property was in a great area. It was nice to have a garage and check in was easy. The master bed was also very comfortable. The property was clean, but had not been well maintained. The top deck furniture was not usable. There were also some things that seemed unfinished, like toilet paper and towel holders in the master bath or soap at both sinks. I wish additional towels had been provided.

Thanks so much for staying with us, Courtney! I’m glad you enjoyed the area, easy check-in, and the comfortable master bed. We appreciate your feedback about the deck furniture and bathroom details, those items are being refreshed as part of our next maintenance update. We’ll also make sure to include extra towels going forward. Thanks again for your visit and for helping us improve!
This was a great place to stay while in town for a conference. The neighborhood was quite and safe. I had no issues finding a Uber or Lyft to get into downtown Dallas. There is a grocery store and Starbucks in walking distance but other than not many restaurants within close range, which wasn't a huge deal for me. I would book this property again.
We booked this property to spend a fun filled weekend with our adult kids! The property was bigger than I expected with plenty of room for all 8 of us. (We brought a blow up mattress which was fine!). The rooftop area was amazing with spectacular views of downtown. We walked to the city which was very do-able. Well appointed kitchen and plenty of bathroom space. Thanks for a great stay!!
It is exactly as stated online. No surprises. It has great views and is very roomy. Great location. The neighbor is a wealth of information telling about the food in the neighborhood to the night life. Easy in and the garage was a great add on for parking.
Beautiful Property. Great location. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but feasible. Communication with owner was immediate and pleasant. Unfortunately the 3rd floor HVAC was inoperable and the required part would not be available until Monday, so sleeping on the 3rd floor was not an option. No fault of the owner's.
This location was great. Modern decor with a comfortable vibe. The kitchen is fully stocked, so we enjoyed a couple meals there. Beds are super comfortable. The upper deck area is great. Quick and upbeat/friendly responses from the host when we had questions. The neighborhood felt very safe and people were friendly. I enjoyed a morning walk to the nearby Tom Thumb and saw several people out, walking their dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location. We will try to book this location for future family trips. If I could offer one suggestion, a gas heater or fire pit on top deck would be excellent; however, I understand that may create a liability issue for the owners.

Kathy and her family were great guest and are happy to welcome them back anytime!
The stay was great. Only problem was neither of the televisions worked even after the cleaning lady tried to make them work.
Television 1 on the 2nd floor kept reading no connection and television 2 on the 3rd floor would come on but no volume
We stayed at the property in early Jan, 2025. Overall it was a good stay, but there were definitely issues that need to be addressed. The property itself is great. Very nice location and was a perfect layout for our group (three adults and three 15 year olds). And communication with the owner was fantastic. They were very responsive during our stay. A little TLC was needed though - a few broken things (dishwasher shelf, bathroom door lock, toilet paper holder (it fell off), bathroom sink has a major leak, a stair tread and one of the blinds), the main TV/Fire stick never worked (we had to hook up a laptop and stream from our own services to watch anything), a pretty nasty shower head in desperate need of replacement and the wifi was hit or miss. We passed all of these onto the owner and they are getting them all fixed asap. So all in all, when these few items are addressed, this will be a great property.
This place was as listed. The pics were accurate as well. My brothers and i appreciated the security of this place and the option to park our car in the garage. We also liked that the area was quiet.
Although we did not mind, there were quite a number of stairs but it makes sense. The rooftop was nice but we did not utilize it as it was just too hot in Dallas during our stay.
The only two things that we found bothersome but not enough to ruin our time in the place. First, there were some knatts that seemed to always be flying around. Second, no matter what temperature that we turned the AC to on the kitchen level, it never quite seemed to cool off.
Overall, it is worth the $$.
Clean and well designed. We didn’t cook here so I can’t speak to that. A/C and Wi-Fi didn’t work. Manager communicated with me but I don’t believe the unit was checked before our arrival. There is one king with large bath on the third floor. Yes, 3 flights of stairs. One twin bed by that king that must share that bath, but the bath is in the king room so you need to know each other well. Second bedroom on first floor is a queen with a tiny bath. No idea where I people would sleep. There is a powder on second floor. Deck is awesome, but it’s on 4th floor. That was worth the climb.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The check-in process was extremely efficient, and they even texted specific information such as the WiFi username and password, lock/security codes, etc. This was excellent and stood out, because in the past, we have always had to go back into our email or VRBO accounts to pull up that information. It was so much easier to just refer back to the text.
The neighborhood was very quiet, and we felt safe and comfortable enough to take walks after dinner. The owner/property managers have taken the time to make sure the VRBO is very well stocked with everything you need. If I had to nitpick and say something negative, it would be the showers were rather small. However, as I stated, that is nitpicking and strictly based on personal preference. Lastly, the beds were very comfortable. Each morning we all woke up talking about how good we slept the night before. I would DEFINITELY recommend this property to anyone who will be in the downtown/uptown Dallas area. You will not be sorry!
