Super clean. Very comfortable. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Everything was great and we enjoyed our short Spring Break stay.
Robin was great host. Great communication and help from her whenever we needed it. Great property for our group of friends. Would stay here again if I’m back in Dallas in the future!

Derrick, thank you so much for your kind review! You were such a pleasure to host! Kindest regards, RJ
We had a wonderful stay at the property. Albeit a short overnight, the house was incredibly comfortable and had more than enough space for our group. The games, hot tub, and other amenities were really fun. The neighborhood isn't the most walkable, but is close enough to great restaurants/bars and is easy enough to get an uber. Lastly, the host was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Strongly recommend this property!

Calen, thank you for your exceptional review! It means so much to me you and your family enjoyed your time at my home. Kindest regards, RJ
Overall the property is as advertised and the location is great from a location standpoint for visiting sites around the city. The bedroom on the top floor does not have a bathroom on the floor itself so if you have older members in your group plan on a younger family getting the top floor bedroom.
This place was fine for our purposes, but we had more hiccups than expected. The check in instructions were wrong so we couldn’t get in for about 15 minutes and were out sweating in the heat trying to get in touch with the owner who finally explained how to get in. There was a phone number for her but when I called it said the number wasn’t accepting calls. She did respond on VRBO messaging but the platform is clunky and I didn’t get her messages timely. My bedsheets had a small oily white stain on it that I chose to pretend wasn’t there, but if I’d had more time I would’ve relaundered the sheets just to be safe. We had a busy weekend and I didn’t have time to deal with it.During checkout we couldn’t find trash bags and I never heard from the owner where they were, but we improvised. For 1000/night total, I expected better communication but it wasn’t a huge deal. The parking is tricky and we could only fit one car in the driveway because of the trashcans. You also have to back out onto Wycliff which can get busy. Most people were okay parking on Bowser.Otherwise, the location was great and the mattresses were comfy. It’s an older place but for a big group it was nice to have all those bedrooms. Note that some bedrooms have wall AC units.
