New custom home centrally located settled in a private street, private fenced in yard, heated salt water pool, spa, outdoor shower, outdoor games, beautiful yard designed for summer living! Spacious family room and kitchen, gorgeous dining room and dry bar, Sonos surround system throughout the house and backyard, an open concept designed for family gathering. This home is made for relaxation and summer fun. Bedrooms beautifully decorated for a great nigh of sleep with quality beds and linens.

We have a security camera on the driveway, a security camera above trash shed and a ring camera that is deactivated. No other devices on the property.

Pet will only be allowed upon approval $250 pet fee per pet.

Pool water is heated to 85 degrees any request to adjust temperature there is a $80 daily fee. Spa available upon request.

This house has 2 parking spots. Only the entry of the driveway is shared with a cottage that has its own driveway.
