Come and enjoy a fully remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood. A quick 5-minute walk gives you access to the beach or drive to the beach in less than a minute and park for free. Should you need, some beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, etc. is available for use, When not at the beach you’ll enjoy the heated pool and relaxing at home.

The home is 1800sf with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and has been completely remodeled. Internet and WiFi are available along with Samsung smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms. For convenience Amazon fire cube and sticks are installed on each TV as well. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood but yet very close to Wal-Mart, Winn Dixie, and Publix Supermarket, restaurants, bars and other shops.

Indian Harbour Beach is located between Cocoa Beach and Melbourne Beach with great beach access to enjoy the warm waters, beach strolls, rocket launches, surf-fishing, fun in the sun, golfing, and parks. The Indian River is nearby for paddle boarding and fishing, along with watching dolphins, manatees and birds. Venturing farther will bring you to downtown Cocoa or Melbourne as well as Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, golf courses, and parks.

Great family beach house

We stayed with our family of 6, the house was perfect inside and out. Very short drive to the beach and great location (close to everything we needed!) We will definitely rent this house again.

Great family home

This home was well kept and great for our family. I appreciated all the little extras such as TP, garbage bags, pool toys ect. The pool screen/pool/ patio area was great!

Great for small families

Great property near beach and grocery stores in a small neighborhood. Our 4 adults and 2 kids had a great time in the pool. The kitchen is well equipped and one of the best VRBO rentals we've had for a while. Having a garage available for guests is a nice bonus. We also appreciated the hose in the driveway for rinsing off beach sand and the access from the garage directly to the pool for using the outdoor shower by the pool. We would rent it again.

Lovely villa, awesome heated pool, convenient location, responsive host!

Our group of six (four adults and two kids under age 10) had a fabulous time here over Christmas! The villa was very clean. The kitchen had ample cookware and dishware. TVs had access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Beds/pillows were comfortable. There were plenty of bathroom and pool towels. Everybody loved the pool area. The pool is heated (for extra fee of $100 which is common for rentals in this area). During our trip it was about 72° outside and the pool certainly felt warm enough to swim in (set to 82°). There is a lanai which kept out any debris/bugs. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The house is near the beach, but the pool was so nice that we barely left! There are many shops/stores nearby. We would love to visit again!
