Serenity in Seven Devils - 3 BD/3 BA mountain retreat with peaceful layered mountain views and colorful sunrise mornings. Complete with two living areas, fully stocked kitchen, updated bathroom, game room and two separate decks providing outdoor space. Enjoy spending time together or with a little bit of separation with the layout of the home. ***Home is not level entry - flight of (14) stairs required to enter home.
Main Floor: consists of the living room area, dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
Downstairs: includes a second family room/living area (sectional seating, TV/gaming system, pool table), game room and 3rd bathroom. Game room features arcades, foosball, air hockey, board games, darts and cornhole.
Outside: enjoy the fresh air from two decks that include hammock, dining table, conversation seating or enjoy the evening at the firepit in the rear yard.
Home is nestled in the mountains in a peaceful neighborhood area but not isolated. Pickleball, tennis courts and playground located about a mile down the road. Tons of local attractions all within 5-20 minutes. Check out Otter Falls, Grandfather Mountain State Park & hiking, Grandfather Winery, Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Ziplining, the Alpine Coaster and Ropes Course, Linville Falls & Caverns, Gem Mining, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, App Ski Mountain for ski and snowboarding also has a skating rink, Appalachian State sporting events, Tweetsie Railroad and so much more!
Fun downtown restaurants and shopping in Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk all within 15 minutes from centrally located Seven Devils.

As North Carolina residents we enjoy everything the state has to offer from the mountains to the beaches. We love sharing our home with others to enjoy the vast array of outdoor activities and events in the region.
Why they chose this property
Seven Devils is a wonderful small community nestled between all major towns in the area (Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk) which provides easy access within 15 minutes to attractions nearby.
What makes this property unique
Family home with enough room for two small families to enjoy time together as well as the ability to spread out with two separate living room areas.
