The Desert Reef is a 2,000 sq ft. 5br/3.5ba home located just 12 min from Sky Harbor & 5 min from Old Town Scottsdale. Sit poolside and work on your tan with a cool drink in your hand or take a refreshing dip in the shaded pool. You won’t stop snapping pictures in this insta-worthy, glamorous home because there are many amazing photo opportunities including mural backdrops, fun lighted signs, and designated glam stations. Relax and enjoy your home away from home.

This space is very open with split level bedrooms that can sleep up to 18. Our desert decor with transfer you into a desert oasis with some splash of Mean Girls vibes! "You can't sip with us."

Entire property is yours to use except the garage and detached office.

This is a very quiet neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise low outside at all times. Thank you.

Our location is close to a major highway making it easier to get around. Walmart: 2 min
Oldtown: 5 min
Topgolf: 5 min
ASU/Mill Ave: 15 min
Shops/Restaurants: 5 min

We highly recommend using Lyft or Uber. You can even rent a car from the airport or using the app Turo has a ton of selections.

If we receive a noise complaint you are responsible for the possible fine.
+Address will be given to you the week of check in.

+Transportation: If you don’t have your own vehicle, I recommend an Uber or Lyft, which will take about 12 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and about 30 minutes from Mesa Airport.

+Parking: Please park in the drive ONLY. There is room for only 4 cars max so please plan accordingly.

+Check In/Keys: Check in is at 4pm. We use an August smart lock and you should receive a link to create your own code. If you forgo this we will still send an alternative unique code the day of check in and it will be good until your check out time.

+Early Check In: We need time to make this property perfect for you and your friends, so if you need an early check in or luggage drop off let me know 24 hours in advance! Luggage drop off may not be available and is at your own risk.

+Quiet Hours: Because this is a residential property with neighbors, quiet hours for outside are from 9pm-9am on week days and on weekends! Sorry for the inconvenience this is Scottsdale laws and regulations. Please do not spend excessive time outdoors or create a disturbance out of respect for our neighbors.

+What You Can Use: Please use anything in the house, cooking, laundry, dishes, towels. I have remotes to various things. If you have questions just ask!

+What You Can’t Use: the garage is off limits as well as the office space on the far back of the house. Do NOT remove the hose in the pool because it cleans the pool every morning. Do NOT touch the pool gears/pump.

+Water: We have filtered water in the fridge you can use.

+Reminders: NO SMOKING of any kind, no pets, and no other guests besides those stated prior to check in. If any of these rules are broken I have the right to terminate your stay agreement with no refund.

+Check Out: Before you check out please throw away all trash you used in the in the bin located on the right side of the house. DO NOT throw anything in the pink recycling bin out front unless it’s meant for recycling. Any towels you may have used please leave them on the floor near the laundry room. Keep any beds you slept in unmade. Check out is at 10 am sharp. For every hour that you are still on the property you will be charged an additional nights stay because this effects the cleaning schedule since this is a bigger home and the time the next guests can check in.

+Accidents happen and it's okay, but please let me know if something was broken or stained so I can replace/clean it quickly for the next guests. :)
