The Kaanapali Alii has long been considered the most premiere luxury oceanfront resort on Maui located directly on the famous white sand Kaanapali Beach. Situated between the Maui Marriott and the Westin Maui Hotel, our 10th floor unit offers visitor privacy, yet is located in the heart of all available attractions for travelers of all ages and interests. Stroll along the board walk to visit the famous Whalers Village where you'll find the best restaurants, tourist treats, and some of the island’s best shopping. The resort’s beach offers immediate access to great snorkeling, surfing, sun bathing, water sports and much more, making the Kaanapali Alii the best resort for your family’s Hawaiian getaway.

Our unit accommodates comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to six guests, 4 adults max and two kids. The king master suite with adjoining bath opens up to the private lanai providing gorgeous views the moment you awake, the second bedroom is furnished with another king size bed (just replaced the queen bed), dresser and private sliding doors off the living room, and the large sofa offers a pull-out mattress that sleeps two smaller individuals (kids). The private lanai is accessible from the dining room, living room, and master suite and offers spectacular horizon views of the Pacific Ocean, the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course and the West Maui Mountains. It is hard to top dinner and drinks while enjoying a Maui sunset from the comfort of your private balcony! Recently we have done some sprucing up, the unit still has its original kitchen and bathrooms.

My unit has its original kitchen, with updated appliances. Bathroom are original except for recent tile and shower enclosure remodels in both bathrooms, new lighting (pictures are supplied). This is the perfect condo if you are looking for the best location, comfort, a wonderful place to relax after a long day at the beach or roaming the island. This is a great value that can't be beat.

Equipped with central air conditioning and full-sized washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen. Full service gym and spa, tennis courts, running trails, children activities, black bottom pool and recently renovated BBQ and pool deck are all available for private guest use only. If you are looking for a great location, friendly staff and fellow guests, a great vacation with endless opportunities for entertainment, all for a great deal, our unit at the Kaanapali Alii resort is exactly what you are looking for.

There are two steps when you enter the condo, down to the kitchen or to the family room, all the condos at the Kaanapali Alii were built this way. Also both bathrooms are tub shower combos. I want all guests to be aware just in case they need a walk in shower.

Very enjoyable vacation, great location with plenty of activities and restaurants within walking distance. Condo was as advertised, has vintage decor with updated appliances, but condo was clean and everything worked great. Condo offers very good value as long as the vintage 90’s decor doesn’t bother you. Large lanai to enjoy meals and watch morning sunrise over the mountains. Plenty of beach toys for the kids. Overall we had an excellent stay and Regan was great. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

We had a great stay! Condo is on the 10th floor with excellent views of the mountains and a partial ocean view, and we loved meals out on the deck. The unit had everything we needed - lots of beach toys, chairs, umbrella. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We were unfortunately caught there during the intense storm that Hawai’i experienced. Regan and all of the hotel staff were very responsive and as supportive as possible. They worked hard to make sure we still enjoyed our trip, and we did!

We had a wonderful stay at Regan’s condo. The property is as photographed, beachfront access and walking distance to Whaler’s village. The kitchen was well stocked. We had the best time at Regan’s Condo. No frills but 100% described in her listing. We spent every sunrise on the Lanai and every breakfast and lunch was provided in the well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding, bathroom towels etc. we would definitely stay again. We had a grandmother with our family of 5 that included 3 kids ages 14, 12 & 10. Regan’s communication was the best we have had through VRBO. Stay here! You won’t regret it!

We had a blast. We have been to this property multiple times and love it for the access to the beach, pool and atmosphere. First time staying with our twin toddlers- the host was responsive and helped me figure out renting pack and plays (though we ended up just flying with our own). The unit itself is aging a bit but still functional and did not matter to us since all the fun is outside the unit!The jets in the master bath tub had mildew/ not cleaned well so we did not bathe the toddlers in that room (on the cleaning crew NOT the host) and its an older style so they can be tricky to clean. Would stay again!

Family fun!

We enjoyed beautiful views of the mountain and the ocean from the deck. We had a very family relaxing vacation and were able to enjoy all of western Maui from this centrally located condo. Great snorkeling sites and tasty restaurants are in walking distance.

The condo is in a great location, clean and comfy beds. The pools, hot tubs, use of outdoor grills and access to beach is wonderful. Everyone onsite is helpful and friendly. The owner was very responsive to questions before arrival and question after arrival. We left an item behind and the owner helped follow up to find it. We enjoyed our stay! After being owners for 45 years, this was our first time renting. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay (beds were so comfy!).The owner was great when we had questions. Friendly and responsive which added to the overall experience.Kaanapali is still our favorite spot, and this resort remains the best on the beach. The staff is dedicated and hardworking, the families who vacation here are amazing, and you cant go wrong renting this condo!
