This one-of-a-kind rental gives a luxury feel with its brand-new design. This historic home has been completely remodeled from top to bottom and is in the heart of downtown. Walk to any bar, restaurant, or hot spot in just a few short minutes, or come back and enjoy the home after a great day of bourbon tasting!
Each bedroom has a king-sized bed and bathroom. There is an additional powder bathroom on the main floor. The living room has a see-through gas fireplace that leads into the dining room. This large space is perfect for entertaining! The kitchen is cozy with a breakfast nook attached. The wallpaper is a showstopper! Relax and sip a cocktail on the back brick patio with string lights above enjoying the quiet outdoor space. There is parking for four in the rear of the home. This is truly a must-see. You won't be disappointed!!!

Beautiful property in Bardstown

We had a wonderful time staying at this very well appointed home. The location is very walkable to restaurants and stores. The property is well maintained, great sitting space for friends to gather. The bedrooms are as pictured and quite large. This is a real find in Bardstown and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home Great Location

The Bourbon on Broadway house was one of the best places we’ve stayed. It was clean, fully equipped, and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable, with 3 full bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer. The house is situated on a quiet street, yet just a few blocks from many great restaurants, a bakery, soda fountain, and shops. The owner was quick to respond to my questions, and offered great suggestions for restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Location!

Walking to everything was important so this house was perfect for that. We had a group of us so we all enjoyed our own space. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house was extremely new and clean. We liked that each couple had their own bathroom. Parking was convenient and the yard is huge to hang out in. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks Kim for having us.

2nd time we have stayed here and it was just as awesome as the first! CLOSE to downtown Bardstown and can be at any store or restaurant within 5 minutes. The house is decorated great and has plenty of stuff to cook your own meals if you want to do that too. We come to Bardstown every year and glad we found this spot!

Bourbon Tour

3 couples met here to take part on the Bourbon Trail. It was so nice each couple had their own large room and bathroom. Each room has its own mini-split air conditioner which was also great. The location yo down town was perfect and walkable.

amazing place to stay in Bardstown

We came to Bardtown as a base for exploring the Bourbon Trail with two other couples. The house was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. Two of the bedrooms had an en-suite bathroom and the third had a full bathroom right outside the bedroom door. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Bardstown on foot. The decor was fresh and welcoming. We did daytrips to Frankfort and Louisville so this was a great central location. Would definitely recommend to others.

Steps away from downtown Bardstown!

We had three couples stay for three nights in this wonderful home. The location was perfect as our intentions were to walk downtown as needed. The home was clean, decorated very nicely, and more than adequate for six people. Our host was proactive with providing access to the home and overall a great communicator. I highly recommend this gem of a property.
