We had a wonderful time. There are beach views from both bedrooms and the porch is wonderful. We would recommend and would stay again.

We had a happy time staying in this villa house. It is comfortable and clean. The location is excellent! There are a couple of comments I’d like to share with the owner and management company: 1) The lock of the entry door had some issue to lock outside of the house. Need to try multiple times to lock it. 2) it is good to have private entry to each floor. But, I hope it make it clear in the description the apartment is at the second floor. There are possibly people upstairs and at the first floor. The balcony at the top is only for penthouse. Overall, we had a good time. Thanks! PTW. I wrote this note only to be shared with the owner and managing company.

Great location, fun property

We stayed a few nights as a family four. The kids enjoyed the pool table and the kitchen was great. Walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Great property.

Beautiful property. Lots of privacy. Great views of ocean. Beach is a short walk away. Kitchen was adequate. Plenty of linens and beach towels as well!

Great location and property managers!!

Great location next to alot of beaches and easy traveling. You are on the first level with upstairs renters which can be loud, but can be curbed easily! Management of the property is amazing to work with and super responsive!!!

Absolutely loved the porch with rocking chairs where you can see the ocean, listen to the wave and just relax. Beds were fabulous. Enjoyed the state park and Main Street. Would highly recommend coming here. Husband loved the pool table too.

Perfect getaway

I love the apartment, it's very clean,spacious and right on the beach. You can walk to restaurants. We didn't want to leave.

Beautiful Location

I love this location near Half Moon Bay. Easy access to long walks along beach. The house was clean and fun to stay in due to the pool table which we really enjoyed. A well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare simple meals when we were not eating at one of the any great restaurants nearby.

Iowa friends visit the Bay Area

This place was amazing. Access to beach and ocean very nice easy. Loved the porch with rocking chairs to view the ocean. Easy acre for our trip to go north to the city or south to the Redwoods. Already wanting to come back. The beds we’re comfortable too.

Amazing location with views and sounds of the ocean

Amazing location that is walking distance to famous restaurants, surfers beach and right on the coastal trail. The place was clean and easy to access. The layout is a little unique, but it is just as it is described in the ad so there were no surprises. I highly recommend.
