Welcome to The East Hill Getaway! This 3-bedroom 2 bath home sits on a quiet corner lot in the HEART of Pensacola, FL. Renovations were completed this year, but this classic family home still possesses some of its old school charm. The home comfortably sleeps 8 with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 single beds, and a full sized sofa sleeper. You'll be 5 minutes from the airport and historic downtown, and a 20 minute drive from the sparkling white sands of Pensacola Beach. Come stay a while!
The space
Welcome home! Upon entry, you’ll find some beach accessories that you’re invited to use for your trip to the beach. If you use them, please bring them back so that future guests may enjoy them too. The home is equipped with 5 smart TV’s. One in each bedroom and living area. You must BYOL. There are two full bathrooms in the home. They’re located on either end of the common hallway. One of the bathrooms has a standup shower that’s mobility accessible. The other bathroom has a standard bath shower combo.

Living Spaces:

To your immediate right of the entryway, you’ll find the first of two comfy, spacious living areas. The size makes this the perfect space for gathering the whole gang together at once. This room has a full/queen sleeper sofa that can sleep 2 additional guests. The second living area is a den with direct sightlines to the kitchen. The space is warm and inviting and its proximity to the kitchen makes it the heart of the home.

Dining:
The dining room is located right between the homes main living room and kitchen. The dining room table seats 6. The kitchen island has room for 2. This room also has a designated workspace with a printer.

Bedrooms/Sleeping accommodations:

Each bedrooms has a large wall mounted smart TV. All of your favorite apps and streaming services are loaded on each device, but you must use your own personal account. All bedrooms have fresh linen and bedding that is cleaned between each guest stay, clothing storage options (closets, dressers), nightstands and lamps with USB ports, remote controlled ceiling fans and lights.

***If you enter the home via the back door off the carport you will have to climb stairs to get to the main living area of the home. Stairs can be avoided by parking on the street and using the front door.***
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire home, minus a locked closet in the homes hallway.
